But if you really want to request a refund, the procedure is very simple!
We ask that you send your product back to us.
We will refund your money as soon as we receive the product back at our company. Please note that exchanges can only be made within 3 days!
PS: For both exchanges and refunds, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
